This is a really nice light refreshing tea to enjoy. It is quite flexible about how long you steep it and does not require milk. I had two of my largest cups today :-)
Still not crazy about most greens. The taste that really stuck out to me was: Breaded fried shrimp. All but one of the green teas I’ve tried tasted like a weak veal or seafood stock. Not that It’s a bad thing, just not what I expected.
I’m on my last leaf of this, and I tried to make the most out of it. I love the beautiful floral scent with a light, sweet taste. Very good! Steeped this twice in a huge mug. I may try to squeeze out another.
I am still feeling a little under the weather, so I brewed two SUPERSTRONG pots of this and I am no longer coughing. On my way to recovery! Sweet and spicy and full of beneficial herbs. I brewed two heaping tablespoons (for 13.5 oz) for about 10 minutes.
