This tea is not bad…it has a good ginger taste which can easily be adjusted, just grate some fresh ginger in it if you prefer a stronger ginger taste (I keep 1 inch nuggets of ginger in my freezer and whenever I need ginger I just use a small hand grater and grate away; I do not worry about the skin it does not change the taste). This tea would be great for sick days, you could also add lemon or honey.
