This review is two stars as opposed to one because I must admit I never actually tried the tea itself. But when I asked about caffeine-free or decaf, they said they “don’t believe in caffeine-free or decaf tea.” Excuse me? What does that even mean? And the tone was very rude. Once I had been identified as some sort’ve caffeine adversary, I was ignored. Beyond that, from the looks of it, it looks like it’s the concept of DAVIDsTea or teavana (with tea on the walls, as well as tools etc.) except wildly over-priced. Oh well!
