I did not enjoy the service here as much as some of the other tea merchants out there. The flavours I have tried disappointed me and when I asked questions about the tea, the staff did not seem to know much on ingredients, health benefits, how the tea was grown, what the organic standards were, etc. After doing my own research, I suggest to those out there to check out either of the two tea stores in Country Club Mall

I work at Woodgrove Mall so I was super excited when DAVIDsTEA opened this location! The customer service is excellent, as always with any David’s Tea shop I’ve ever been in.
