The couple that own the Tea Centre are very personable and knowledgeable about all varieties of tea. They travel to China each spring to hand-pick tea for the coming year. The store is very bright, clean, and easy to navigate. They also sell teaware and bubble tea.

I love this tea store. They have a bit of everything – unusual and rare teas, standard flavoured, everything in between. The owner is a total tea geek, and knows my mom by sight. We even went in on a super busy weekend afternoon, and he took some time to chat with her about the teas she picked up last time. So great.

They also have an AMAZING selection of teaware, WOW. So incredible. Timolinos, stout pots, different thermoses, local ceramics, ceramic tourmaline mugs and travel cups, and even more. Yeah, it’s not the cheapest, but the prices are very comparable to most other tea shops, and the service is excellent.

There is no tea to go, nor a seating area. This is purely a tea shop. That’s pretty much the only downside!
