I visited Shaktea while on a trip to Vancouver several months ago, after seeing it on here and making a point to stop by. I’m very glad that I did! It’s a lovely little place with a good selection of teas. My favourite by far that I took home was the coconut cream chai, of which I have actually just ordered more off the website after craving it constantly. I would love to stop by again next time I’m in Vancouver to try some different blends as well as some of the food items there are to offer!

Shaktea is my personal favorite Tea establishment in Vancouver. I enjoy a cup of tea here at least once per week.

I really loved visiting this tea room. The staff were inviting and the environment felt cozy. It’s a place where you can really stop to enjoy your tea.

It’s tea cakes are amazing. Always great tea and great service. The luna’s karmic peace tea is a must try. This is one of my favorite tea places.

Such a wonderful place in such a wonderful neighborhood.

The tea we had there was outstanding, with a full and wide and varied selection.

The service was excellent as well, with a great knowledge and a similar love, respect and enthusiasm to everything tea.

Shaktea has become my new favorite place in Vancouver, I can’t wait to go back… actually, I can’t wait to bring more people there and enjoy wonderful tea with them.

A lovely little tea house in East Van. It offers a full tea service and lots of delicious loose leaf teas. Today I had the tea service for one with the Scone Trio. A quiet room with a chance to stop and connect with oneself. The staff are very knowledgable, with a desire to share. Lots of teaware and special cozies made locally.
