1629 Tasting Notes
Ever since my close friend from med school brewed this tea (either sun or cold brewed), I fell in love with this tea! I haven’t tried it until I received some in a swap! This tea is absolutely delicious iced. I know that I don’t like hibiscus hot, so I cold brew it! It is natural, mildly sweet juice! I love the red/purple color of it as well.
Preparation
This tea is fresh and has a nice berry flavor to it. It isn’t bitter. The green tea base is lovely and balanced this blend perfectly. This tea is almost like a berry cream. It has a nice sweetness to it as well. I could keep drinking this. This is so delicious!
Preparation
I am on a chocolate kick lately. This tea i received in a swap. It is a nice black tea with a decadent milk chocolate scent. The taste is delicious! There is a little artificial tinge to it but it is mostly chocolate that i taste. I love this tea with milk and sugar. Delicious treat!
Preparation
I received this sample from RachanaC from iHeartTeas. Thank you!
I think I may have left this sample too long in my cupboard as it isn’t as flavorful as I had hoped it would be. I steeped it longer and it tastes more like a malted chocolate shake! Delicious! I added sugar to it. I love chocolate and this was a great tea!
Preparation
This is a fairly good tea. It is a mild tea with a nice cocoa flavor to it. It doesn’t need any milk or sugar, though I will try it next time I make this. Great breakfast tea! I wish it had more caffeine in it to keep me going :)
Preparation
I crushed up 6-8 cardamom pods, 4 cloves, 1 all spice, 4-5 pieces of black pepper and a cinnamon stick and let it simmer in milk. I then added this Tanzania Organic Tea to the mix. WOW! The light creamy brown stew was delicious! I stored some in my thermos and drank the rest. I love the hint of spice in my mouth. It is tingly. I added sugar to it too. I love this blend. Favorite!!!!
