So I decided I wanted to make some chai over the stove, and I chose this tea for it. WOW! Over the stove top is a lot better than brewing it in a cup! I added more milk to it since the brew was very dark. The cinnamon stench was becoming more subdued - THANK GOODNESS!!!

I love watching the cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon dancing around with the black tea leaves. Very pretty to watch. I love how my entire house turned into a warm, cinnamon haven! Yum! This is perfect for autumn. When I tasted it, the creamy milk mixed with the spices were a delight. I could still taste the spice oil or cinnamon oil Golden Moon Tea decided to place unnecessarily, but it wasn’t as alarming. This chai blend is still not my favorite since I adore chai that is predominantly cardamom and almost no cinnamon.

Meh. I can’t stand mild teas that come in tea bags unless they are those larger, triangular kinds. For some reason, I can taste the starch or glue or paper material. YUCK! The hint of chocolate and very very minimal hazelnut was all I could detect with the starch. I added sugar, which helped a tiny bit. I drank this one fast… really fast. Needless to say, I am not going to be purchasing this tea in the future. I am thankful for the sample though.

This was my tea of choice this morning. It was raining out, but I was glad I got to go see a different hospital today and watch a peripheral cath. Cardio is a good rotation so far. I’m learning so much!

Anyhow, I love the light fruity taste that blends in with some creamy notes. It isn’t tart or bitter, so more bonus points for this tea! I don’t reach for this tea as often as before. However, I think its probably due to the weather changing. I also don’t know if this will taste good if I brew it cold… It doesn’t seem like that type of tea just because it has some creamy or vanilla tones to it. I should try it though.

This was my last bit of this sample. I was sad to see it go. The scent is intoxicating. It is sweet, floral, and slightly fruity. Great tea!

I can’t believe I haven’t written anything about this in a while. This tea is perfect for this season! This is one of my favorite Adagio custom blends. It is perfect for the fall. It has a nice spicy scent and flavor to it. I will attempt to make this over the stove!

This was so delicious! I steeped it 2 times before I got bored. But this is one of my favorite oolongs. It is milky and not bitter. The floral tones mixed with sweetness is amazing. Delicious!

This is a nice, hearty black tea that is just perfect for the morning! It has a strong taste and scent to it. It goes great with milk and sugar. I love that it has a smokey, toasty taste to it which becomes more like a chocolate taste. The smokey and toasty flavors are not very strong and are only there initially. good tea overall! I wish I could have bought this before they ran out. I received this in a swap :)
