QueenOfTarts, thank you for sending me a sample of this!!! Reading the description here about the windmill cookies definitely sparked my interest – they are a favourite of my mum, brothers and I, especially with a cup of tea!
I should have steeped this longer, it seems like it could be a tiny bit weak. But that may just be because I want MORE of this, lol. It really tastes delicious. Not much almond flavour to be found, but it truly reminds me of the windmill cookies! A hint of cinnamon, and maybe it’s forced/imaginary but I get a bit of that buttery cookie-ness of those windmills too.
To make this tea even more amazing in my opinion, the smell is totally reminding me of Christmas. Warm, sweet and a hint of spice.
