So I thought I’d add these to the teaware category since David’s Tea doesn’t have reviews on their site (really wish they did!).
I got the fox version of this which is listed on the website as holding 8 oz, however filled to the brim it holds about 10 oz, so it holds a cup comfortably. I was a little worried about this because I use the Ingenuitea a lot and I didn’t want to have to leave tea steeping in there. It’s matte finish on the outside and glazed on the inside, and is delicate but without the feeling like I’m going to break it. It does get quite warm so I do use the tail handle. I’m not sure how well the versions with little tails would hold up. You might have to wait for it to cool or use it with cooler temperatures. So a few points off for that. That said, I totally want the little hedgehog one.

I didn’t even consider the material when I bought one, so I’m glad I got the fox. Also good to hear it’s not 8oz to the brim, that makes it easier to eyeball – half my Teamaster won’t spill over if I’m off by a bit.
I want a hedgehog one for Dad, a fox one for me and I’m not entirely sure which one for Mom but then again we have enough mugs in the house so no new mugs for me (sigh)

I really want the hedgehog one but I’m worried it’ll heat up too much and the tail is too tiny so report back if you end you getting one.
