Awesome, thanks for letting me know. I have enough left for one more cup (about 2.5 tsp) so I will give it one more try and hopefully I will enjoy it as much as you enjoyed yours.
You might have to use more, which makes this heavy, chunky tea kind of expensive. David’s Tea recommends 2 tsp per cup. I used two heaping Perfect spoonfuls for a 12 oz cup. The second cup I made steeped too long and I thought it was sweeter than the first cup. Also, I think you have to get a good proportion of pieces in each serving. This can be tricky because it is so chunky. My friend bought this too and didn’t like it but hers didn’t look like mine. Maybe she got the bottom of the barrel. I plan to get more. I hope it is as good as this last batch.
