Bio
Jeffrey is the resident puer expert at McIntosh Tea. He has studied tea for many years, both in Kunming, China and here in America. In 2010 our team at McIntosh Tea had the opportunity to visit centuries-old Puer tea farms and forests and to travel to various renowned tea warehouses throughout Yunnan. He recently finished his 1 year apprenticeship under the Puer tea-master Luo Wan Yu, who is the owner of the Denong Tea Company based in Yunnan. Jeffrey’s passion is finding and transmitting both the Puer tea itself and the knowledge and culture in which it is steeped.
