This tea is mixed for me. A local coffee shop serves it up as a latte with sweetener, and in that preparation it tastes pleasantly like strawberry milk. Given that success, I purchased a tin to try at home.

Without cream, and even without sugar, this tea is too fruity and acidic for me. I am not a big fan of solely fruit teas (such as tisanes, etc) so the roobios in this does not provide enough of a tea-flavor base for me to enjoy it on its own.

For me this tea was not to my liking. It smells good, and I had hoped that it would brew up like other floral teas from Harney but alas…

This tea is too acidic, too fruity – not enough “tea” for me.

I’m usually not a big floral tea person, so this was a big surprise when I tried it the first time.

You have a nice base of green flavor topped by the strong citrus and flower flavor too. The citrus is the predominate flavor with perhaps slight vanilla undertones as you swallow. I was pleasantly surprised that the floral / fruity flavor is very subtle and it is not very acidic, despite the overall citrus scent and flavor.

Good on its own, better with milk and honey.

This is one of my go-to favorites whenever I order from Harney and Sons. I am a big fan of earl grey, and Paris is just enough of something else to break up the monotony of drinking regular EG all the time.

For me, the smell of the unbrewed tea is intoxicating. Sweet and fruity. The brew itself retains the flowery, fruity scent but brings in a more earthy flavor with a citrus deep in there – perhaps bergamot or something similar but faint and not overpowering.

This tea is equally good with milk and sugar or without (though I prefer it creamy and sweet). Better brewed quickly to avoid bitterness in my experience, though.
