11 Tasting Notes
If I have to settle for a chai concentrate (as opposed to freshly made from a local haunt), I really prefer Sattwa chai. A few local places in Madison use Sattwa as their mainstay for chai lattes. Its got a great bold taste, although I really do not like it with espresso. Good either warm or cold!
Enjoyed at Ground Zero Coffee with soy milk, nice and hot!
Just got it in the mail today! Smells delicious in the tin, even better once steeped! Followed the directions on the tin (1 tsp per cup, steeped for 5 min). Added 1/3 soy, and really liked it. I think next time I will use a tablespoon.
