2 Tasting Notes
If you like a hidden punch in the face then this is the tea, maybe I infused it a little too long, but the fact of the matter is the flavor in the white tea is a little bitter. it shows up the second you sip it down. Furthermore this is a what I call a Half Body Tea in the way it has a nice mellow taste, but th bitter and strong sweet parts give it a different taste. I recommend this Tea, but I doubt I would get more than 2oz at a time.
Preparation
This Tea is a great Black Tea, It offers a earl grey feel, but is completely different and strong in its own way. furthermore this tea brews well and if you let it sit for a good 4-5 min then it will be dark enough to have a full body and with one sweetener and then iced it is perfect.
Flavors: Cedar, Earth, Scotch
