I keep this in my tea chest for cold & flu season. The more robust flavor (compared to Lady Grey) penetrates a stuffy head and soothes a scratchy throat.

I favor black teas as the other types just don’t hit my taste buds. Occasionally I will find a “tea” recipe that becomes a keeper.
