I almost always drink this tea cold brewed. It is one of my go to teas for this technique. It is very refreshing and fresh. The color of the tea liquor is a beautiful bright green.

Try making it with lower temperature than indicated (95C). It gets bitter the longer it seats in the cup. Mild astringency, nice deep golden or light orange color.
