I love this tea! I think they call it Souvia Sushi, but it is simply Genmai Cha with Matcha. You can imagine how both teas compliment each other. This tea inspired me to try a little matcha with a few other teas. Souvia is a small tea shop in Phoenix, they also have a place in Scottsdale.

I was inspired by the recent surge of tea drinkers blogging about this tea~ mmmm bergamot :)

It is a tasty tea for the price. Today I made a big pot and actually decided to put in a little kukicha. I also steep it a little less than recommended.

Not much of a black tea drinker other than a super Darjeeling~ this one caught my eye and taste buds with it’s mellow cocoa tones. Yum, first hot then iced!

Not sure what happened, but a little orange peel or blossom in a nice oolong…it just makes my day!
