Mmmm… honeybush goodness. Like others have noted, I mostly get a roast, nutty flavor from this tea. An excellent cup for before bed :)

I picked this up on a whim at Target last week because the temperature went from 90 degrees to 45 degrees in the span of two days and I wanted something fall-ish and comforting.

You can definitely taste the chai spices with a hint of pumpkin at first sip, but I’ve found the aftertaste is mostly licorice.

Overall, for a bagged tea, it’s pretty darn good, but DavidsTea pumpkin chai still has my heart. I might grab another pack when I run out to store at work just for the convenience factor.

Blah, blah, blah. I will always love DavidsTea, but I don’t know what it is lately with some of these teas being so sweet they upset my stomach. I was so excited for this tea, and to be fair, it really does taste very similar to cotton candy. Alas, as I said before, this tea was so sugary sweet it gave me a pretty bad stomach ache and made me extremely thirsty. Also, I accidentally left my filter and just a bit of tea in my cup overnight and when I got to work this morning the remaining tea and filter had turned into a very bright orange (it looked like orange soda), so that didn’t exactly sit right with me.

I think I’ve decided I just don’t like chocolate tea anymore. When I first tried this tea in 2012 I LOVED it. I thought the amount of heat from the chilies was perfect and the chocolate balanced out the spice so it wasn’t too overpowering. Of course, when they brought the tea back last winter I immediately went out and bought 100 grams (big mistake on my part). I keep going back, thinking I’m going to like it again, but it’s just meh to me now. I’ll finish the rest of my tin, but I definitely learned my lesson to be weary when DavidsTea re-introduces a tea and not buy a ton without tasting it again.

Blah. I loved this the last time I tried it, but I just brewed another cup today (I’ve been hoarding my 1 oz bag) and it smelled and tasted like pickles. It was still OK, and I have enough for a few more cups, regardless, I’m pretty disappointed. My first cup was so much better.

I love anything lime flavored, and white tea is my favorite , so I was very excited to try Sweet Lime. This tea exceeded my very high expectations. It is so delicious that I bought a fully packed tin on the spot and have been stalking the DavidsTea Facebook page to see if I can gauge which tea is going to win the battle. Of course, my (admittedly half-hearted) attempts to drink this sparingly until I know whether it has a place on the DavidsTea wall, has all but failed as my tin (that I bought on Sunday) is almost half empty already.

Please, DavidsTea, make this part of your permanent collection!!!

I picked this up on sale (four 25g packs for $10!) on a whim and oh my gosh it is delicious. I’m actually kind of sad I like this tea so much because I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to get more of it. I tried it hot and thought the honeydew was the most prominent flavor, although I definitely got cucumber notes in my cup which were very refreshing. I’m debating whether or not to cold steep the rest in my big iced tea pitcher but I don’t want to run out of this tea :(

This is SO GOOD. I wandered into Fava Tea Co. a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed. They have a huge variety of flavors with little samples of each tea available to smell. The smell is incredible, almost exactly like a pina colada, and it tastes even better.

I cold brewed this tea overnight in my DavidsTea mason jar mug to take to work with me this morning. It tastes exactly like pineapple coconut juice… without all the added sugar. I have a feeling that come summer I will be drinking this non stop. Mmmmmm.
