I am very active mother of two and wife of one (ha!). Sorry…anyway, my background is in mental health counseling (insert joke here) and I have a developing interest in health and nutrition counseling/coaching. I have become more and more interested in various types of teas over the years and am becoming more educated as to the many wonderful health benefits tea has to offer.
