Farewell, tea friends!
Dear Tea Friends,
We are filled with feelings as we announce the closing of our Damn Fine Tea! shop at the end of this year.
Many of you on this email list have been ordering tea from us regularly for years and years — thank you! We are truly grateful that you kept coming back, and sorry to leave behind a smoldering tea-shaped void.
Once we were a little tea blog (it was a time for blogs) that bore a half-assed business idea which manifested as an upstart tea company, also little, which sometimes punched above its weight class and gave us thrill after thrill for 16 years. We met so many people along the way who love a cup of damn fine tea, and worked with amazing people as well, and to all of you we say farewell and thank you.
And now the last call! Tiger Assam, Mount Gray, Checkered Flag, Black Sunshine, and Caravan are in stock. We also have tee shirts and totes! Everything must go before the stroke of midnight on December 31.

This is too sad. Damn Fine teas DID really have some damn fine teas over the years.
A&D was the very first online tea company I put an order in with all those years ago, so it’s a shame to see you go. Your patch is permanently affixed to my jacket. I hope you guys move onto great things.
