Apparently “The person who oversees Steepster is currently on vacation”, so we may be in for the long haul LOL… :|

Hopefully it is not pernament vacation. I mean, if they care… it is so faux pas to call them and ask how to refresh the database to make it working again?! I don’t think it is sooo complicated at all. But I can be wrong.

Thank you for being on top of emailing Adagio, Cameron! I’m firmly team “people should be allowed to unplug during their vacations.” What’s not great is that there is only one person who handles all things Steepster and no one who even provides backup! As a user, that’s really disconcerting because what happens not only if that person goes on vacation but if they get sick, quit, etc.? As a general workplace practice I don’t love it either, I’ve worked at places that refuse to build in redundancies and it’s never been a good system in my experience. Appreciate this community! We’ll wait this out together!

Everytime I try to write a bio or add a photo for my profile, it lets me. However, after clicking submit, nothing I’ve done shows up. My profile and picture remain blank. Anyone else had similar struggles?

It seems were are stuck again :(

I wrote to Adagio, mentioning it happens recently more often.

I also just sent Adagio an e-mail, before I checked here and read that Martin already did. I will check here first next time!

Better to send them several times than not even once.

I got a reply that they will review it on Monday.

Was fixed yesterday, but reported the new stall this morning. I love that I’m a month behind in reading tasting notes but report on these dashboard stalls! ha
