This tea is wonderful. My first ever tie guan yin so that may bias this review a bit. ;) The dry smell is sweet and floral. Once steeped the leaves unfurl and become huge and beautiful – it was very entertaining to watch the process through a clear pot. The taste is rich, very sweet, floral and smooth. For me it brings to mind the smells of summer and lilacs in bloom. One of the best teas I’ve ever had, and definitely one I’ll re-order.
