3rd steep: much lighter and sweeter than the previous steeps – getting more of the floral sweetness in this one

2nd steep: not as intense, smoother blending of flavors

1st steep: not as sweet as I’d like, and the floral wasn’t at it’s strongest until the end – still pretty good, but not my favorite of this type of tea. we’ll see how subsequent steeps go…

smooth, light, and sweet – a very good spring tea

As the description asserts, this is a perfect pairing. I had been excitedly anticipating my sampling of ZenTara Tea’s flavored white teas, and this one certainly lived up to my expectations. A full bodied, yet crisp tea, really showcases their blending abilities. The result offers varying levels of complexity, with a bright “orange pez” note being the most memorable. Can’t recommend this enough.

Nice Keemun. It finish feels a bit watery in the back of the mouth, but is more potent up front. I wonder how it holds up under multiple brewings…

The leaves and petals are colorful, but I could wish the leaves were all of a similar size. Many were broken, and some had brown edges. The tea was a bit thin on our first brewing, but that could be our fault. The cherry aroma and flavors were very nice. It was the subtle addition that makes this worth drinking again.

Third infusion and the flavor’s still going. Absolutely wonderful.

Soft, fragrant and floral; very light and sweet. This is quickly becoming a favorite for relaxing in the evening!
