Twinings

This is my last bag of this tea – unless I manage to unearth another from the depths of my tea cabinet. That actually happens semi-often; I’ll be looking for something different and then find a random teabag I didn’t know I had. :D

I’m usually pretty hard on brands like Twinings, but I have to say that their Lady Grey is a winner.

This is a much gentler tea than most Earl Greys, the citrus and bergamot are a smooth-tasting hint rather than a bold statement.

This seems to be a morning staple for me, mostly because when I first wake I’m too sleepy cough lazy cough to want to fiddle around with strainers and loose-leaf tea.

Yes, I’m bad. I know.

An old standby, especially in the morning.

A nice, quick pick-me-up.

Drank this with milk this morning and the milk takes off some of the sharper edges from the tea and citrus flavouring. Yum.

I like this one. I bought it after seeing how popular it was here and I don’t regret it. It’s light and gentle enough to drink without milk (although I would like to try it with aswell) and the hint of extra citrus is very refreshing.

Mixed it with Celestial Seasonings Blackberry. Very Nice

My limited 5 minute tea break at work is one of the best parts if i have one of these.

i find the best way to enjoy this tea it to add 2 teaspoons sugar, teabag in cup.
add hot water.
stir for 30seconds, leave for a further 30 seconds, stir quickly and then remove tea bag.
add milk to desired colour, i prefer a soft brown colour.

then enjoy .
