I wish this had tasted more doughnut-y, but the apple flavor was nice.
It’s always fun to try tea from new tea makers, so it was a worth while tea experience!

I think there is too much hibiscus in this blend, meaning it turns into a tart concoction, rather than a more rich and apple-y taste.
Too bad. I was hoping for something more luxuriously autumnal .

The weather has finally cooled down, and I am drinking all the autumnal teas.
This is more a cup of spices than anything else, and I find the hibiscus an odd addition to the blend.
Lets see if playing the steep time out will bring more of the doughnut flavor out.
