Had a nice glass of this tea iced this afternoon. I think I might have brewed it a bit strong…

Forgot to log this last night. While I only had one cup, I brewed up two full pots to put in a jar to make iced tea. It makes for a good cold tea and is quite refreshing. An interesting experiment I tried a while back was crushing up a mint Altoid and mixing it into a bottle of this iced tea. It gives it a bit of a kick.

A definite favorite, and probably the white tea I have the most. Drank some this evening while unwinding after work.
