Ugh. I’ve just been feeling gross the past few days – can’t really quantify it but my stomach is ‘nervous.’. Soooooooo…. time to break out this tea! I’ve been brewing it for less than I did before and am not so overpowered by the ginger. The orange is vibrant and sorta takes charge – helping my stomach behave. I don’t know if oolong and pu’er are actually that effective for ‘digestive issues’ as the blurb suggests, but the placebo effect at the very least is enough to make me more appreciative of the tin on my counter.

I’m skeptical of the claims about oolong…. but have heard quite a lot about pu’erh being good for digestion, etc. (Although in my case, it seems to be the opposite, but I’m not super fond of pu’erh quite yet).
I agree. I don’t really know enough about it, so I’m skeptical. So that’s why I have “magic tea” for digestion stuff, sore throats and getting me to fall asleep – it probably doesn’t actually work but I doubt it hurts.
I don’t really know what pu’erh or oolong really taste like because I’ve only had it in strong blends, but I hope to find out soon. :)
