This is actually much better than I was expecting—thanks to NayLynn for the bags! The coconut in this is creamy and on-point, and the spices are mostly cardamom and a hint of clove. That’s okay with me, because I think too much ginger would overpower everything else. It’s not a traditional chai, but because of that it’s unique enough that I can see myself reaching for it reasonably often until it’s gone.
