Gryphon’s POTO is one of my long-time favs and Hanami could be my perfect Sakura cuppa.

Other cherry blossom blends I’ve tried in the past came across as either sharp ume-ish concoctions, or bitter like cough syrup. But Hanami is sweet and creamy. I was surprised its base is Sencha. Coz it didn’t strike me as dark or mellow at all. There’s a hint of vanilla or some kind of gourmandish note, as well.

Also, I find Gryphon’s silky gauze sachets diffuse flavour better than paper tea bags.

Glad someone before me already came right out to say this is a dud. I tried it in tea-bag & loose form. Both were extremely vile & pukey. There’s NO ROSE to me. Even as a fruit tea, it doesn’t q work. Would give this minus ratings if I could.

Dun taste rose at all. Do detect a faint rose scent. But all I taste is white tea.. the white tea is q nice & sparkling, btw. Still, disappointed.

Fragrant yet delicate. The jasmine does not overwhelm and the tea doesn’t turn bitter. One of my all-time favourite jasmine green teas which I always restock.

Just trying a sample sachet. I usually do not like hibiscus. Its presence here is strong but doesn’t overwhelm and the raspberry comes through. Can’t detect the rosehips (not that it’s gonna make much of a difference). Pleasant enough. Perhaps I might get a box.

I smell rose but taste weak flat ceylon tea, almost bordering on dishwasher water.

As what Adelina said, this has a SOUR finish. V disappointing considering its enticing berry aroma.

Just tryng a sample sachet given to me. This has cardamon and meant for spiced tea lovers.

A decadent and delicious floral gourmand which is quite addictive! Laduree teas are pricey but worth every penny!

This is a mediocre moroccan mint tea which tastes like drinking colgate water! Utterly disappointing.
