loose leaf
--1 tsp of rock sugar

Nice, takes the edge off of Mate in a way that leaves a satisfying, lemonade-like tartness. Would probably make a good iced sweet tea. I’ll probably use more rock sugar next time but I like to use as little sweetener as possible for a first taste so I can catch all the flavors in the mix.

I’d buy it again, it’s like Wild Orange Blossoms but less orange and more tart.

Flavors: Herbaceous, Orange, Raspberry, Rose, Rosehips, Tart

Preparation
Boiling 5 min, 15 sec 3 tsp 8 OZ / 236 ML

I am still a very n00b when it comes to tea even though I’ve been drinking herbal tea all my life. I only fell madly in love with it just a few months ago- next thing I know, I have 11 boxes of different teas. (I just counted xD)

I’m Mormon/LDS, so I only drink herbal tea. I drank black tea for a while, but eventually decided to switch back to herbal for religious reasons- though I loved the taste of Traditional British Breakfast, Chai, and Earl Grey (all under the Twinings brand).

Since then, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed finding and tasting different herbal teas- it came be so relaxing or so energizing. I love it!
