After the first sip, I wasn’t completely sold on this tea, due to the earthy-ness, but it has really grown on me and has become one of my favorites. I can re steep this 3-4 times without losing much of the beautiful earthy, but fresh jasmine flavor. The tiny tea pellets unfurl into large flat leaves, and so I prefer to use a strainer sitting in my mug, which allows the tea room to transform (relative to tea ball/silk pouches).

Delicious on cold winter days, because it reminds you of Spring and Summer days. It can get very bitter if over steeped, but otherwise has a very delicate jasmine flavor. One of my favorite teas.
