6 Tasting Notes
Wonderful honey apricot mildness, with a sharp tannic bite at the end of each sip. As stated, similar to a second flush Darjeeling because of the fruity subtleties. Eager for more… in my experience good at 4 1/2-5 min for 4 infusions.
Preparation
Very light floral flavor with the citrus backnote. I love the aroma and the taste, it’s just so light…planning to try it again with a bit more than the suggested amount. BUT the freshly steeped leaves (after cooled) smell better than any perfume :D
Preparation
Love the spices here. It’s a naturally sweetened chai, so there’s no need for sugar. I usually add just a little more than suggested, just to get a bit of a stronger flavor. It stands perfectly well on its own, but blends very nicely with Honeybush Vanilla if you feel like a little extra sweetness :) This is the tea that I want for a yixing cup!! Good any time of the day, and very nice after lunch right now in the summer. So far my favorite from Teavana.
Preparation
This is definitely my favorite flavored white tea from Teavana! It’s pretty good on its own, but has a strange almond aftertaste if it’s not a little sweetened. There’s a distinct, nutty, spicy aroma and it infuses to be a golden color. It blends really well with Honeybush Vanilla or Zingiber Ginger Coconut. Great as an iced tea!
