1 tsp per 8oz at 175 for 2 minutes in my Breville. Bit of raw honey. Lovely. I absolutely love jasmine. I never thought I liked florals until I had a jasmine tea. I thought the recommended amount and steep time was good, but I’m also curious what more leaves would taste like. I could see myself wanting a bolder taste but tonight this was exactly what I needed to wind down. It is very heavily jasmine, but that’s exactly what I was searching for. Delicately silky mouthfeel. Very enjoyable and calming.
