50 Tasting Notes
Finally! Dark orange liquor!
This is the first nicely aged sheng i have tried that i can truly rant to my friends about.
meduim-low astringency throughout , very very little kuwei (bitter), the best part about this tea is the huigan (returning sweetness), that lasts throughout the entire session, and long after youve stopped drinking.
I found this 250g brick for 28 dollars including shipping.
I was very skeptical of this bricks authenticity, not able to find much info on it (typical for puerh) but i was able to find a picure of this brick in a book, it seemed to check out.
I love this tea
Flavors: Citrus Fruits, Earth, Honey, Sweet, Wet Rocks

First loose oolong ive bought…why did i buy a pound of this. Its pretty good. Lasts about 4 steeps (10ish seconds gongfu style) lota woods, little peach. Its not bad, but its not great
Flavors: Forest Floor, Peach, Wood
Preparation
This is my first tea review, and my first sheng puerh cake purchase.
This tea has a slightly unpleasent storage taste on the first few steeps. The taste improves and mellows out around steep 5 in my opinion, its very delicious at this point. But let me tell you this tea is a tongue buckler, it is tannic! Im told this is good for you…
I picked this tea up off of ebay for 15$ for 357g free shipping. If you can find this tea at that price, i would absolutely reccomend this.
Flavors: Apricot, Barnyard, Earth, Tannic, Tannin
