Backlog
I had this tea a few years ago and loved it. The lady who sells it has here own website but I always buy from here when she comes to the craft shows in Dec. I remember loving this soooooo much. I picked some up this time wondering how I would feel about since I drink mostly straight tea now.
It’s still a good tea but the flavouring does cause some tongue tingling. I don’t know if this batch is different from ones she did in the past or it’s just me. I remember it smelling just like the name “creamy lemon drop” from the bag. This time I don’t get that. It is lemony and some cream but it doesn’t smell sweet along with it.
Brewed it was okay. Citrusy with that creamy note added to the green tea.
Sadly it’s just not my “Cup of tea” anymore. I’m trying to get that same feel, flavour I felt a few years ago when I had it but it’s not there anymore. It’s probably just me that’s changed and not the tea.
