This tea is another AMAZING tea from tea source! Nice floral, but not over the top. A lovely balance of honey, nutty, floral and apples.
(I have to admit, I probably would not have purchased this tea, EXCEPT that it was a 20% off sale.)

Flavors: Apple, Floral, Honey, Roast Nuts

Preparation
190 °F / 87 °C 3 min, 0 sec 3 g 10 OZ / 295 ML

I was introduced to the tea world in 2004, when my sister and her family moved to Canada. I fell in love with all of the different varieties and flavors of tea there!
Then, thanks to the internet, I found more tea! I love watching Don and Celine from Mei Leaf on youtube. If I have ever had questions about tea, I can find the answers there… which was a “rabbit hole” in a good way!

My ratings of tea :

90-100 = Amaaaaazing tea and my favorite, will never run out type of tea.

80-90= Very good tea, will purchase again when ready.

70-80= Maybe, after waiting a while and re-trying the tea, I will give it a go again.

60-70= Probably not going to repurchase, but my curiosity has been met.

59 or less= ABSOLUTELY YUK, Spit it out, gagged or tasted something that resembled a tea and was actually a road apple from some barn animal!

My favorite tea shops so far that have delivered some great teas: (.com’s)

Tea Source
Mei Leaf
Yunnan Sourcing/Taiwan Sourcing
Tea Vivre
Siam Tea Shop

My favorite local tea shops are very limited. I really enjoy The Tea Cozy in Sacramento, CA and there’s a great tea shop, TeaXotics in El Dorado Hills, CA. Both shops are masterful tea blenders, and can satisfy an urge to try something different. And the knowledge of the staff at both shops is amazing and so is the customer service!
