I just don’t get the s’mores aroma from the spices alone or the chai… My first infusion was, a good chai, yes, but not the s’mores I expected. So of course, I set out to brew it properly with milk and a pinch of sugar.. It is a lovely chai. Its best features are a spicey smokiness, and a suggestive hint of chocolate.

So, I just made a second infusion with only a touch of milk, and some brown sugar, and I gotta say it’s better that way. I also happened to want a tea biscuit or two ( you know the simple little rectangle yummies )… I dipped the biscuit into the tea and let it saturate it, FREAKING YUM. I kinda wish I had not done that, because now I want more. Try it :)
