With a the majority of ingredient being relaxants and a name like It’s Me Time it’s easy to see that this blend is curated to aid relaxation. Personally, I’m not a massive fan of the flavours that are found in common relaxation blends. However, as a massive fan of mint, I ended up enjoying It’s Me Time. This could so easily have been just another relaxation blend, but the addition of mint made it feel unique, invigorating and relaxing all at once.
