Trying this one out again. This time at a lower steep time and brewing temperature. It actually tastes quite a bit better with a much stronger strawberry flavour and creamy in the background. I wouldn’t necessarily say ‘custard’ if you pressed me though.
I’m improving the rating on this one, because I actually think I’ll keep it around as a good strawberry tea. I was thinking of trading it out until this cup.
