Through will alone I choose to love tea. It’s a lifelong passion that will never die.
I tend to rate teas highly because I love them so much. If the basics are right, it almost always comes down to preference. I would love to rate every Lapsang Souchong 0 if I could, but I just accepted the fact that I can’t, don’t, will’t ever like the stuff.
