Huh, okay. I didn’t hear my phone alarm because it was too quiet and oversteeped this… and it reaally does not like to be oversteeped – whoa, bitter! Still, I am going to try again because when I saw it come up again and again on the 52teas 12 days of christmas set I KNEW IT HAD TO BE MIIIINE. Smells so good dry. Kinda bubble-gum-y, a bit. Nom nom. So yeah, cold steeping would probably be really good too.
Anyone have a good temp/time mix?

Oh, how long did you steep?? 82C is a good temp, and I think I steeped it for 2 mins for my mom. I wouldn’t go over 3 min. And 1.5tsp/cup.
Augh, it was probably like 3.5-4 mins because I got distracted with the computer. /o\ Thanks for the advice, going to try again tomorrow! ;)
Ah yes. 52teas are finicky, greens are no exception! I think that this one’s a bit more forgiving than Sun & Cloud Mist (which if you have it, don’t go over like 2 min!), but I’d likely not go over 2.5.
Yes, I steeped all of my packets from 52teas around 2.5 min or under.
