There were 2 bags and the labels were conflicting. The more detailed label suggested gongfu starting at 1 min and 70C, moving up in time and temp. Which. No. Insipid lightly coloured water.
So I steeped it for about 10 minutes? It’s gone a little astringent but not too much. Still not the bestest though. There are other balls I like better. ;)
