6 Tasting Notes
This is truly one of my favorite teas by Tazo, and my favorite citrus one!
I’m SERIOUS!
This stuff is so good you don’t even need sweeteners! Brew it for almost exactly 4 minutes and you get a mild mouthful with a sweet swallow. Multi-dimensional flavor. I LOVE IT!
The only thing is that you need to, in my experience at least, remove the teabag at the 4 minute mark. But that could be my preference too. The hotter the water the better, but all moderately hot temperatures seem to work. Having it iced is refreshing beyond compare. I’m slightly a devotee ;)
It’s wonderful and very much worth a try!
Preparation
I like this tea. It has an almost bubbling taste, which is tartness but doesn’t seem as disarming as downright sourness. I think that the fact that I used water that was most likely too hot may have something to do with it. I was a naive white tea drinker when I bought it lol. It’s a bit much for me, but I’d re-buy it if I were in the mood for a wannabe champagne drink. :)
Preparation
I really love Refresh, so much that it is one of the few mint teas that I like and certainly my favorite one. I don’t get the licorice taste, though. While it makes a good brew fairly quickly, I generally don’t remove the teabag because I find it stops releasing flavor after the water cools. Sweet and “bracing”, but not too strong.
