I got this as my free sample with my order. This is the first tea from TeaG I am not into. I wasn’t into the Elderflower one, but it tasted like Elderflower! This one is suppose to taste like apples and coriander, and it’s so faint. It has a faint green apple taste, that I wouldn’t have picked up without being told there’s apple in it. Though when cooled down, the apple came through the fog! If you love granny smith raw, then this is for you. I personally don’t like granny smith unless baked or in chicken salad or soup.
The green in this blend isn’t standing up. I have one more teaspoon in my sample, I will try brewing a little longer. I don’t think lowering the temp of the water will help, but I might do that. Just not a fan.
