Third green tea tasting note today :D
I agree with Chi Chieko completely. 5-7 minutes as suggested must be too much for greens, so I did maybe about 3 minutes and as there was too little water, I did only 200 ml.
Turned out pretty nice, base tea was somehow basic, but pineapple was certainly there. Unfortunately, it was somehow one-dimensional, simple flavouring. Would enjoy some other tropic fruits there, or they claim it is with ginger, but I do not get any spicy notes. Maybe loose leaf would be bit better.

Exactly my thoughts tea-sipper. Even for black tea base it would be too much. Maybe good steeping time for fruit ones? Dunno.
In fruit teas, the hibiscus would get too strong. So you’re right, 5-7 minutes would be too long for most teas!
5-7 minutes for green tea? What in the world??

True as well. Just weird steeping parameters. Luckily I usually do it as I think it’s best. Sometimes shorter, sometimes longer.
