Backlog:
A beautiful dry leaf. The aroma is leathery and evoked thoughts of an old library with lots of leather bound books. The brewed tea smells more earthy than leathery.
Rich flavor, smooth from start to finish. Virtually no astringency, only a slight dryness toward the tail. Notes of cacao and spice. A sweet caramel undertone. A nice balance between sweet and savory. A nicely round cuppa.
