12 Tasting Notes
I’ll use this one for the Vanilla Black tea I have – that I have mixed from vanilla pieces and a none-too-good black tea of unknown origin.
As the vanilla pods were really good, this tea has a nice vanilla taste, covering up the less-than-perfect black tea (it is drinkable, mind you, just not up to my usual standards).
Needs a bit of sugar, but can be drunk without milk.
Flavors: Vanilla

A wonderful winter-y tea. I can’t always drink it, but when I’m in the mood and/or the weather is right, this is great.
I like it best with a bit of sugar, but it also works without.
Flavors: Apple
Preparation
Great for the evening, as rooibos contains no caffeine. Sweet enough on its own that it helps with cravings.
A bit too strongly flavoured, but that can be remedied by lowering the dosage.
Flavors: Peach, Vanilla
Preparation
This one is great for in the evening. Being a herbal tea, it has no caffeine and with the lemon-y and sweet aromas, it helps me keep cravings at bay.
The box suggests 8 tsp per liter, but I never use more than six. Also, this can be brewed twice, the second being only a little weaker.
Flavors: Lemongrass, Sweet
