Sample, loose compression. First brew, thick creamy texture, unremarkable bitterness, not astringent, soft sweet somewhat quick huigan. Further early steeps- cream, umami, bitter, drying on top of mouth. Later: Slight spice. Very tame/faint sweet huigan, delayed. Finally: flat vegetal end of session taste. Brews out more quickly than im used to. No smoke
