Smells pretty good in the tin, like a gooey, spiced apple pie. The taste is like sour, unsweetened lemonade, though. It makes my throat feel scratchy and my lips pucker. I guess that it’s the hibiscus and pineapple giving it that intense, sour, acidic flavor. Really disappointing.
I’m honestly not incredibly knowledgeable about teas. My experience with tea is mainly with Adagio when I am in the States and DavidsTea when I am in Canada. DavidsTea made me fall in love with tea. I was initially seduced by their cake flavored teas and then started branching out and finding more and more to love. I like all of their bright colors and seasonal mugs, and I enjoy their fun ‘flavored teas’ as much as their more traditional teas. I figure this is at least a good starting point :)
